Timeliness is Key: All requests for returns and exchanges must be formally submitted and physically postmarked within 7 days following the original delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information. We implement this short window because the energy and condition of spiritual tools, such as crystals, can be sensitive to environmental changes and usage, ensuring that returns are genuinely unused.
1.2 Required Product Condition
- Pristine State: To be eligible for return, the item must be received back by us in its new, completely unused, and undamaged condition. This is non-negotiable.
- Original Components: The return must include all original packaging, informational product cards, and any attached vendor or price tags. Items without these original components will, unfortunately, be rejected during inspection.

- Awaiting Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send a confirmation email containing specific instructions, including the generated tracking ID for your return shipment.
- Secure Packaging & Shipment: Upon receiving confirmation, it is crucial that you securely package the item. Crystals and spiritual stones can be fragile; please use the original protective materials or comparable padding to prevent transit damage.

- Refund Deduction: If you are seeking a refund, this INR 100 fee will be automatically subtracted from the total amount credited back to you.
3. Policy on Refunds and Processing Time

- Credit Appearance: Once processed on our end, the financial reversal is in the hands of your banking institution. Depending on your credit card company or bank’s internal processing speed, the funds may take an additional 5–7 billing cycles (which can be up to 10-15 business days) to officially appear on your credit card statement or bank account.
